Hawai‘i Pacific University is committed to a policy of non-discrimination and the achievement of equal housing opportunity. HPU students, faculty and staff may use this service to advertise rooms, apartments, or houses for rent. The university does not investigate, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the quality or suitability of the facility listed, or the listed individuals, companies, or agencies. All agreements and/or arrangements are between the renter/property manager and person renting the property. 

HPU does not guarantee any housing arrangements and is not responsible for any resulting leasing arrangements. The University (including its officers, employees and trustees) shall not be liable for any actions arising out of use of this site or any resulting lease agreements or the breach thereof, nor is HPU responsible for any errors or omissions printed in the listings. HPU cannot take responsibility for any leasing agreements entered into by and between students or between students and any third parties. The University encourages students to use written agreements for any rented space. 

All users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the University for any loss, liability, and damage arising from use of this service.
